Thank you very much open reach for clipping the cable back on top of my window. I only rang the office late last night , I did not expect the job to get done so quickly today. Thank you to all the engineers and the girl in the customer service, they were all very efficient and courteous and hard working and I am very happy with Openreach company.

F5antastic service efficient polite phoned ahead because they had to attach the fibre optic on a large pole we have engineers then a 3rd arrived to make sure everything was OK well done Openreach!

Finally they had it working but were still committed to getting up the best connectivity, so they continued tuning and test to give use the service available.

My engineer, Peter Chard, called out to us this morning at 8.30 am - first class service, helpful and contacted me 3 times to keep me updated - cannot recommend his expertise enough. Thank you Nikki B

I was very happy with the service I received. Amend was courteous, efficient, and very quick. He should have had his hi-viz jacket washed, though!

I had a phoneline cut through accidentally during plastering work. They came next day and fixed it in about forty minutes. The only thing I'd say was I didn't no they were arriving so I almost missed them as I was going out. Excellent service overall.
