“I had an issue with were the ONT had been placed, SKY told me it wasn't their problem, and I'd have to pay 65 to have it moved. My husband is ill and had medical reasons for it to be moved. Thankfully open reach took ownership, responsibility and moved it, no argument no charge. Very pleased shame the same couldn't be said for SKY. Ty open reach”

“By contacting me quickly and dealing with my request quickly and helpfully. I have a Waveleave agreement for a cable passing through my land. I wanted it altered and so tried to contact Waveleave without any success. My questions never seem to be covered by the drop down boxes. I read the old reviews. They were not good. People having the same difficulty in trying to contact them. So when I am at the end of my tether, I resort to writing to the top man. I received a very quick acknowledgment. The next day I was telephoned and over the next two days , my request had been discussed and a solution come to. In my case, their customer service was excellent.”
