“no customer support - bought a return trip but they cancelled outbound flight meaning I cannot return ( as I wont be able to go), trying to cancel the return but cannot contact anyone about it.”

“i wanted to change bookings and they (opodo) did not get back to me. the airline could not assist and i advised deal directly with opodo. now im being told it was a no show when i ended up paying almost double for a new ticket. opodo says they can refund me but i feel cheated as they did not respond to help me change the booking. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO USE OPODO, NEVER!!!!!!”

“E Dream/Opodo booked our flights to Greece...Just flights...They added on a MEDIATION FEE of over £100 plus just to pass us on to EasyJet website....with no deduction except 59.99 that they would deduct from the (non discounted) flights providing we subscribed to Opodo for a year. Nothing was said on the Dream website that if you press the Opodo button the booking would go through Opodo and the booking continued through Opodo. The return flight costs from Opodo was £872!! The same flight cost from Easyjet was £763. We called my bank and disputed the flight cost. We got back the difference. We are now waiting for Opodo to realise that when our so called 3 week trial stops that they will not be able to charge us the subscription fee. I say again there was no discount at all even tho they said we would save money if we subscribed to Opodo. Devious and verging on something else that if I mentioned it they would probably sue me!!”

“Opodo ont de mauvaises pratiques commerciales et mon expérience au support client lamentable. 1) Leurs rabais sont mensongers ; un simple comparatif avec la compagnie aérienne d’origine aux mêmes dates (AirCorsica) nous a permis de constater un prix supérieur de 15-20% (628e vs 500e) ... 2) Il y a des frais “cachés” pour la modification des billets (60e/billet sans l’option prime - EN PLUS des frais de la compagnie aérienne - en l’occurrence 70e/billet avec AirCorsica) ; l’offre mensuelle prime de 50e par mois ne respecte pas le droit à l’annulation (La compagnie émettrice du billet n’est pas tenu de rembourser). 3) Finalement la modification au téléphone n’a pas pu se faire ; on m’a raccroché pendant que je cherchais mes informations de paiement ... 45min de plus a attendre au téléphone.. En conclusion à éviter fortement !”

“It's been seven months since Opodo cancelled my flight and they have not even processed my refund request not to talk of reaching out to the airline. Extremely terrible service, I wonder how they are still in business. The only thing they are good for is frustrating their customers.”

“If I could put minus I would I’ve waited over a year and no refund for cancellation even my bank failed so maybe call small claims before booking if you want a refund worst company I’ve ever used don’t use stay clear”

“Terrible experience Unbelievable terrible, unreliable company. Stay as far as you can. After 1 year have got a refund of 8% from the amount that was payed. No answers, no explanations, no way to contact..... Stay away from this company as far as you can, save your time and money.”

“AVOID,AVOID,AVOID! Edreams/ Opodo are a cheat, as travel agents they control your booking so you lose all your rights as a customer. If there are issues you have to call an Indian call center where nobody helps or they keep you on the line for hours (i had at least 3 calls of over 7hours). ALWAYS BOOK WITH AIRLINE and AVOID THE OPODO/ EDREAMS SCAM!”

“Flight cancelled 11 months ago. Still no refund. Spoke on live chat over 30 times told the same bull every single time. They say thia airways haven't paid them so they can't pay me. Thai airways won't even discuss it with me. I need my money back :'( never using opodo ever again”

“Horrendous Opodo. I booked a flight but has been cancelled by Opodo. I ask for the refund and Opodo refuse it for no reason. They also try to take more money from my credit card. Avoid avoid avoid. HORRENDOUS OPODO. THERE IN NO WOST THEN THAT. Horrendous customer servise and post sale, horrendous website!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON’t use it!”
