“Je pensais recevoir un cadre en bois et il ressemble à un cadre en aluminium. Le plexiglass ne donne pas un beau fini. Un peu déçu. L’image est belle.”

“My well-packaged order arrived as scheduled. I love the frames and the prints. My gallery wall turned out great. The hard part is deciding which prints you want and in what size and how to organize on wall, especially because I was trying to have it blend with two pieces of artwork I already owned. But after much overthinking I made a decision and it turned out great!”

“This is our second (and definitely not last) order with Opposite Wall. The quality of the frames at the price point offered is terrific. We did find assembly of the larger frame far more difficult. It was very time consuming and somewhat uncomfortable to position the metal tabs to secure the backing.”

“Je suis content dès posters mais je n’avais pas vue que la vitre des cadres est en plastique. J’aurais pris en votre, car il y a énormément de reflet. C’est plate, il est difficile de voir les posters.”

Bonjour Yannick, Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vos cadres ne sont pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. Effectivement, nos cadres viennent avec une fenêtre en plexiglass. Sachez que les cadres peuvent très bien être utilisés sans le plexiglass si vous préférez un effet mat. Les affiches tiendront tout aussi bien dans le cadre. “The frame was nice and packaged well. I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t glass but plexiglass in the frame. I should have read the description better, but I assumed at the price point that it would be glass. The plexiglass wasn’t very clear and has a scratch and didn’t display the photo as I hoped so I went to Michaels to have it replaced with glass and it looked a lot better. Overall, the wooden frame and tone was beautiful, the plexiglass not so much.”

“Deuxième cadre en chêne acheté sur votre site. Belle qualité. Par contre, ma livraison a été retardée et on ma seulement dit d'attendre. Le tracking indiquait qu'il était rendu à Lévis et je demeure en Montérégie. C'était pour un cadeau. Je suis arrivée les mains vides. Je reçois vos communications en anglais et cela m'irrite beaucoup.”

“I like what you offer - good materials with simple/modern finishes, in a variety of sizes, and affordable - it is something I've been looking for. But the frames I received, in particular the white and black painted wood are a bit lower quality than I was expecting. Sometimes the edges are rough and the corners are not mitered well.”
