“Fast delivery (ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday!), the frames are exactly what we were expecting. The only drawback on black wooden frames is that the color fades easily on the wall when you position the frame which made us doubt about the quality of the product... Also you have to be super careful when you hang it or you will end up with a white wall with black marks everywhere (like us!).”

“This is my second purchase from Opposite Wall. I love their frames! Such great quality for great prices. The frames always come well packaged, and protected. Furthermore, there was a glitch in their system from this last order and they immediately reached out to me to apologize and then gave me a 30% off coupon. Fantastic customer service!! Love this company!”

“ordered wrong size of frames, wanted to reorder and benefit from the same rebate I had on my original order. At first I was told that it was not possible, I insisted as I think this should be basis customer service. After a couple of conversations with customer service I ended up getting the rebate.”

“The prints are beautiful. The image quality is great and they are printed on thick paper. Just FYI though, the size of the print might not always be the size of the IMAGE. We ordered 50x70 cm prints and there was some white space. To be fair, this was displayed in the cart but I assumed it was the white of the frame.”

“The frames are beautiful, super sharp and enhance the photography that’s going in them. Quality is good, though I find the screen scratches easily. Customer service is fantastic and would make me buy from here again. One of the 3 frames I ordered was defective and when I reached out, the issue was resolved promptly and a new one sent.”
