“The quality is terrible. I ordered a blue frame and there is bubbling in one of the corners. Also I had an issue with shipping which could be anyone's fault but the frame itself was very disappointing for the price. You can get the same thing at an ikea for $25.”

“Excellent service : Rapide et efficace. Beaux produits, bien emballés pour la livraison. Seul bémol : le passe partout pour mon cadre 28x39 po avait une ouverture trop grande pour mon affiche. Il y avait un jour sur les 4 côtés. On m’a rapidement envoyé un autre, sans chichi. Merci ! Mais il y a encore un « mini jour » sur la partie longue (c’est vraiment juste sur les côtés courts). J’ai collés mon affiche avec du ruban beige. Ça ne paraît pas trop. Vous devriez rapetisser un peu l’ouverture de vos passes- partout.”

“Le papier est très beau. Malheureusement sa texture ne ressemble en rien à l’échantillon commandé au préalable. Le papier final est beaucoup plus mince et complètement lisse.”

“The frame looks pretty but it’s way too fragile and the way they’re packaged for shipping doesn’t protect the fragility of the frame (four small styrofoam corned protection and it’s just a cardboard box. First one came with a big crack, and the replacement arrived with scratches. Giving up on this order/product and requested a refund.”

“J’ai eu un gros retard dans la livraison. Le problème est fort probablement le transporteur et non l’entreprise Opposite Wall. Mais le service après vente a été satisfaisant. Le produit finalement reçu correspondait à mes attentes. Donc je recommande.”

“Hi. I rejected the package when I learned there was a $76.00 USD customs fee. I'm now disputing the charge with UPS. I would have appreciated a warning about the fee. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered the frames.”

“I was generally happy with the print quality but disappointed the actual print was smaller than the 11x14 expected. I expected the actual graphic to be that size and fit a frame/mat of the stated size.”
