“My first eye was done on time and very quick i arrived at 10:00 am and was leaving to go home by 12:00, howerver, my second eye i was really delayed. I sat around in the cold waiting area without any explaination. I arrived at 10:00 but did not leave until 3:00. This was the only dissapointment I had. My eye sight is now really good, once my night vision of lights improve my sight will be fantastic”

“As I have had very bad eyesight and have worn glasses for some 60 years since having the surgery and no longer have to wear glasses i am happy to say that I am very pleased with the excellent service I have received from optical express”

“I had my eye laser surgey at Optical Express Merry Hill Centre and I am happy with the procedure and the support care given after. I was given prompt attention and I was served by the OE staff upon arrival at the branch. The optometrist is very helpful in reassuring me of the post procedure side effects of eye dryness and gave me adequate support.”

“Kant was right in this sense: the external world is shaped by categories of the mind, and the human abiltiy is made possible through the eyes which transmit the experience of objects into the brain. Since the surgery, colours have become richer and deeper, and the absence of that daily ritual requiring either contact implantation or glasses cleaning is a time of the past! “I received my laser eye surgery in March 2007 and my eye sight is still perfect. Still think it's amazing not having to wear contact lenses anymore and not had an eye infection since getting it done. It was a bit daunting deciding whether or not to go for it, but I don't regret it one bit and would definately recommend it.”

“The procedure was very quick and relatively painless. A little pain for around 4 to 5 hours afterwards. By the night of the procedure perfect vision 20:16. It is great to not have to wear contacts anymore and have my eyes feeling much better all the time without contacts on them. Thanks very much”
