“With every aspect of my laser eye surgery, Optical Express have been a fantasic help to achieving my dream vision. The healing of my eyes was so quick I felt like I never even had glasses! I'd particularly like to thank the staff in the Liverpool ONE store as they were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable through the whole process. Thanks guys!”

“VERY HELPFULL FROM DAY ONE, ALL WAYS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAIN EVERY STEP OF THE IN GREAT DETAIL. SURGERY WAS THE SAME, EACH STEP EXPLAINED AND TREATED VERY WELL. ALL FOLLOW UP VISITS WERE EASY AND HELPFULL.”

“I had laser correction for a prescription of about -8, and was able to see clearly the following day, by which time the discomfort has also mostly passed. This was a quite amazing transformation! To have normal sight without having to rely on lenses or glasses really is life changing, and I would definitely recommend Optical Express laser correction. The staff have been very reassuring and friendly, and provided great aftercare.”

“I was the most nervous patient ever, even crying in the waiting room!! The staff where i had my laser done were brilliant and the staff at my local store have been too. I can't imagine my life without perfect vision now, i don't know why i didn't do this sooner. It's changed my life for the better and now life without glasses and contacts feels normal! Best decision i ever made!!”

“I was very apprehensive about lazer eye surgery but everyone put me at ease and explained the procedure to me as we went along they also answered any questions I asked without making me feel silly, the procedure was not at all painful,the scary bit was waiting to have it done. I am really happy with the result and only wish I had it done years ago.”

“Great results after a scarey operation. I don't think anyone can prepare you for the experience and smell of the operation. However that was only a couple of minutes and so very worth it. The resulting vision is incredible.”

“I was told about Optical Express by my cousin who told me that it was the best thing she ever had done. So I booked my free consultation and went to the Newcastle - Northumberland Road clinic. As soon as stepped foot in the building the staff came to me straight away to ask if I needed assistance. I had all the tests carried out and the opticians were brilliant and answered any questions I had. Once all the tests were complete I was not pressured at all into having the treatment done and told of all the possible treatments and pay methods. On the day of my operation all the staff and surgeons were all brilliant and cared for any of my needs. Personally I was very nervous however when having the eye surgery you do not feel a thing and it is over in no time. Once it was over I was very sensitive to light and my eyes wouldn't stop watering which is all normal. All I could do was sleep and rest. The very next morning I was completely blown away by my vision. My eyes are still healing now however they are getting better and better. If you have been putting eye surgery off, then I recommend anybody to have Laser eye surgery with Optical Express.”
