“excellent from the start on the consultation until present”

“Laser Eye Surgery has been a real hit for me, but despite all the consultations, wider reading and recommendations the procedure was more intense and uncomfortable that I expected. Would it change my decision or recommendation - no. The recovery is swift and after a week of intense drops and month of moisture drops freedom is gained!”

“It is great waking up in the morning and not having to look for my glasses. Also its great that the marks from using glasses will disappear in time. Whilst doing water sports my eyes were a bit blurry but I have been told this should all clear in time. Overall it has been nice to wear glasses and to wake up seeing clearly!”

“All staff involved have been brillaint, even down to me fainting after the procedure! Whether it be on the phone or in store I would like to extand a massive thank you to all staff in the clinics.”

“I had Lasik Wavefront surgery which was quick, painless and has given me far better vision than I anticipated. It was well worth every single penny and I could not be happier. My life is better without having to wear lenses and glasses and I would recommend this surgery and Optical Express to anyone and everyone. The staff at Optical Express have been excellent also. Thank you! Sally Oram (or 'Hawk Eye' as my boyfriend now calls me!).”

“Eyesight had improved considerably, had a problem with dryness but it was dealt with by the staff and have been issued some more eyedrops. Very happy with the results.”

“The surgery itself was extremely quick as I was in and out within 15minutes. After resting for a few hours I noticed that I could see perfectly. Within 1 month my eyes were perfect with no dryness or irritation whatsoever. I'm extremely happy with the results and would recommend it to anybody.”

“I was slightly surprised at the high levels of discomfort initaily after the procedure, but after a day was very pleased with the results. Every time I have been in store I have been very pleased with the service. I would and have recommended the procedure to friends.”

“I can now play football with my boys without the fear of knocking my glasses! i can also see the ball which makes life easier.i dont have to squint in the evenings anymore watching tv or reading.....bliss! i recomend this to anyone wearing glasses.”

“The recovery period for Lasek is longer, and the few days after surgery were uncomfortable. I was expecting this because my optometrist had managed my expectations really well, so I knew it would be over soon. I was very scared on the day of surgery. If anyone else goes for Lasek I would recommend that they have someone there to look after them, and to ask lots of questions so that you know what to expect. I'd tell them that when it is over it is all worth it. The staff were friendly and reassuring. I love being able to see so well. I don't think I ever have been able to see this well even with glasses. About 3 or 4 days after my surgery I couldn't sleep because I was so excited about being able to see everything. I am very happy that I went through with it.”

“Since being a little girl I have had to wear glasses and later on, in adulthood, I started wearing hard lenses. Now I don't have to wear either, I haven't had a headache because of my eyes for a long time and I can see everything. I have more time in the morning and don't need to worry about taking my lenses off before bed. It is amazing!”
