“I was initially really wary of getting it done and the consultation was actually just something I decided to do impulsively. Turned out it was pretty cheap with the offer that was on and everything seemed relatively simple. The actual experience was over in 5 minutes and I have had noproblems with my vision since! Best decision I ever made to get laser eye surgery!”

“Initially I was quite apprehensive with regards to Laser Corrective surgery due to not knowing too much about it. This was eased with the consultation as all of the doubts I had and the questions I had were answered and in a very 'easy to understand' way. The overall care given is second to none and the aftercare is extremely good. I really am so happy with the outcome of the surgery as it makes life so much easier, just the fact of a simple thing like when it rains and not having steamed glasses. I would most definitely, and have recommend surgery to friends and family.”

“I felt confident through out the whole experience I was being looked after. After an initial problem where surgery was postponed because of dry eyes I felt the staff were doing their very best to look after me as they would not proceed with the surgery if it were to be dangerous to me.”

“Being completely honest, it is the best thing that i have ever done! One month on and i am still reading signs out loud in the street as i can see them perfectly. Iv also had so many compliments on the colour of my eyes now that they can be seen and even strangers remarking on their blue colour! The staff at the cardiff clinic are amazing and put you totally at ease and answer any questions you have at any point in the treatment process. I would not fault them at all and i have felt safe and secure throughout the whole process. I owe a big thank you to Wayne and the staff at the cardiff store.”

“The first week after surgery I felt a bit scared because I was worried whether it would not work out or that there would be some complications. It did not help me reading things on-line as you can always find horrible stories. However, after my eyes have settled, I am very pleased I had the surgery done. The doctors here have always been very helpful and asnwer any queries or worries I had. During the first few weeks I had the occassional strong headache and very dry eyes. Both of those symptoms have now become almost inexistent. I do not need the eye drops as much as I did at the beginning. It is an amazing feeling not to need glasses anymore.”

“I felt very reassured by the clinical staff during all stages of consultation and treatment. Having worn glasses and contact lens for over 50 years my expectations for correcting my sight to 20:20 vision was low. I can more comfortably read now than with spectacles and am much more free to participate in physical activities as glasses and contact lens hindered me. I am delighted with the clarity of long distance vision!”

“Overall i am happy with the experience - my distance vision has vastly improved and i appreciate that my close and middle distance vision will continue to improve. i am happy that if i am still experiencing difficulty in these areas in two or three months I can have this amended with laser treatment. Staff are always polite and courteous if on some occassions a bit rushed.”

“I am sure that I will not be the first or last to say this, but my main view is "why did I not get this done much earlier." I have received an excellent level of care and treatment. From the first appoitment through to after care, there has been clear and helpful explanations, attention to my requirements and polite and helpful staff. I knew what to expect for the treatment and immediately following this, so felt totally reassured that what I was experieincing was quite normal, I am delighted with my vision and changes to the quality of my life. I am recommending this to all my friends that could benefit as i have done. A highly professional organisation. Wel done.”
