“REAL LIFE CHANGING Had my lens surgery done with Dr. Dimitris Kazakos in Birmingham. Everything went really well. He is really caring, even sending me a message the next day for aftercare, it was touching. Thanks Dimitris. The whole team has been really nice, friendly, helpful and professional, especially Tanya, she made me feel even more relaxed. The receptionist made me feel very welcoming too. The whole atmosphere was just been great and comfortable. The treatment went really well, I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. The next day I woke up and checked my phone first thing as I do every day and it’s a WOW WOW WOW I can text without my reading glasses even though it’s still a bit blurry but I’m sure this is a good sign. Went back for a check up later on the next day and it went well too. Really got my money worth it. I urge and recommend people to get them done because it’s real life changing. Thanks again”

“I found they were honest and straight in there explaining of wether I required my cataract doing, as I felt Happy about the first contact with them I decided to go ahead. They were very professional all the way throughout including the coved respect. Thankyou From Robert Chapman”

“I Keith Ellis has had lens replacement with Optical express and the service I got from barnsley and meadowhall was first class on Friday 5th March I had my surgery in Manchester Bridgewater was just the same first class I was in theatre for 40 minutes when I got up off the bed I looked at my watch and I could see my watch which I have not seen without my glasses the transformation is unbelievable I have got my life back been able to see with out glasses it like having a new toy I just can't believe it I want to thank everyone who where involved giving me my eyes back and Michelle and Simon at Barnsley looking after me for the years I have worn glasses there service is first class yours great full Keith.Ellis (CAN'T STOP SMILING)”

“surgery on sat 20th feb 2021- (multifocal lens). I was so anxious before the surgery i nearly backed out but with the support i received from everyone at bridgewater i decided to go ahead (still very anxious to say the least). Everything was explained to me in detail and i had so much support from Chris. All i can say is excellent support and would highly recommend Optical Express for any eye surgery. After only one day i had better than 20 20 vision. Should have done it along time ago. Well worth the £7,200 i paid. I am so happy i dont have to wear glasses anymore. Thank you so much to everyone at Bridgewater, Manchester”

“Had lens replacement 10 days ago in St Vincent st Glasgow . Very professional service from initial consultation to the operation . Staff were first class and highly informative . The results so far have been excellent and I look forward to more improvement in the coming weeks . I must commend Zavannah on putting me at ease throughout the process she was very reassuring and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the rest of the team . “I purchased new spectacles in September, having had problems with double vision . The optometrist in the kilmarnock branch was marvellous. Very thorough, informative, and pleasant.I was very reassured and happy with the care she took. My husband, who is over eighty, and having problems finding spectacles that were comfortable, and right for him had the problem solved by Ryan, whose knowledge and expertise were wonderful. He recommended spectacles for him explaining what was right for my husband .I have to say that we were both very happy with the service we received. Well done to the marvellous staff in Kilmarnock THANK YOU”

“I had laser eye surgery done at optical express in Airedale house in leeds, i was nervous at first but everyone made me feel at ease thank you to everyone who works at optical express especially Mr Mohammed Kazmi who was brilliant one of the best surgeons for Lasik treatment!”

“Excellent assessment and care from Sarah , the optometrist in Bearsden. Diagnosed my emergency eye condition accurately and referred me to hospital. She also provided me with glasses and contact lenses and I can honestly say my vision have never been so good. This coupled with a friendly, kind and professional manner makes Sarah a superb clinician. I thoroughly recommend her.”
