“I was so scared of the surgery especially i hate needles but there is not needles or pain while surgery but a little pain after it for few hours. Next day i was able to do most of my work while wearing sunglasses. But the result after few day is worth having gone through those pain”

“From the initial consultation the staff at Optical Express have been nothing but friendly, helpful and knowledgable and this has continued after surgery. The surgery was quick, and only mildly uncomfortable, and well worth it, as now not only am I free from the hassle of contact lenses and glasses but I have better than 20/20 vision. Like many, I wish I'd had it done sooner and I am recommending it to friends and family without hesitation!”

“i feel much better, free to move without glasses, no contact lenses driness, hitchy. i would recommend anyone to do a laser surgery at optical express - the surgery was really easy, successful. my life i smuch better now - freedom !!”

“I am still in awe that i can wake up and see! I am now obsessed and try to read every sign post and road signs just to check if I am "really seeing" things. Its been so comfortable that at times I forget I am not wearing specs and actually touch my nose whilst trying try to push these phantom specs up! As I have had spectacles since about 10 years of age, I always felt spectacles aged me and I definately have more confidence. I would defiately do this again if it was needed.”

“For the very first visit the whole team were always professional. They gave me the facts and there was no hard sell. The treatment was painless and the aftercare wonderful. Within hours I noticed the difference in my vision and every day it got better, now I have better than 20/20 vision. Thanks very much Optical Express.”

“My experience was straight forward. Surgery took minutes. I did not feel anything. No pain or discomfort. I was able to watch tv that night with no problems. I had almost 20/20 vision the following morning. I would strongly recommend laser eye surgery.”

“After surgrey my vision was very good , but the following week , i had started to lose my near vison to the point i needed to use reading glasses to see peoples faces clearly , and can not see the instrument panel in the car clearly.My vision was now 1.25 . over the next few weeks it has remained the same , now at 0.75 so hoping this will slowly improve as this is not quite the result I had hoped for.I will need reading glasses due to my age , but had hoped it would be better than this. The staff have been very helpful and I would still recommend laser surgrey as it has changed the why I see the world , from -7.50 so a big improvement.”

“I'm very happy with the results of my laser eye surgery, the initial operation was less painful than I had imagined and the healing process was a lot quicker than I expected. I've had a few issues with dry eyes but this is a small irritance easily rectified by using the drops provided. I would encourage anyone considering the surgery to go for it.”

“Once the surgery has been performed is when the real work starts. Nick B in particular has been excellent throughout both my operations and the support and care he has shown has been nothing short of amazing. Excellent service from start to finish by him, he is a credit to the organisation.”

“I was really nervous about the procedure,but the anticipation was far worse than the surgery,i only had one eye lasered with the lasek surgery.for me i only wore one contact lense for the past 3 years as this enables me to see distance and near.after the surgery i would describe it as a mild discomfort,watery eye which was nothing and had worn off approx 7 hours later.the morning after i felt fine and went fora check up with optician where everyhing was fine.my vision is now better than it was with my contact lense in.i only wish i had the courage to do it years ago.i recomend anyone to have it done,im really impressed with the reults.”
