“The staff at the brighton store have been very helpful and offered advice when needed. I had a second laser eye treatment because my eye sight started to deteriorate after 14 months, i had no problems with first laser surgery and i had quick recovery from it. The secoind treatment was more painful and took longer to recover from, but i would still recommend the treatment, my life is a lot better without having to wear glasses permanently. Because of my age i now have to wear glasses to read and close work, but that isnt very often. The optical express did the second treatment free of charge. All of the staff have explained every procedure and made me feel at ease. I am very happy with all the staff.”

“From the start, the staff were positive, welcoming and encouraging. I felt the service was always friendly and allayed any fears I had of the surgery. My only negative comment was at the time of surgery, the final pre-test showed that I could have had the slightly more advanced surgery which took me by surprise and was unprepared for this option. It would probably benefit future customers if they were advised of this potential change on the day. That aside, everything has been great including the aftercare and results of the treatment.”

“From the initial appointment right through the process and the follow up appointments everything has been brilliant. I feel I had an honest consultation and thorough explanations concerning the surgery, great support through the operation and the follow up care has been brilliant. I cannot recomment Optical Express highly enough and am so pleased I have finally had my eyes lasered. As a dancer it has made my life so much easier and it is fabulous waking up every morning being able to see. The best bit is not having to take 'my eyes' out every night. A big thank you to all staff who have dealt with me.”

“Having the laser eye surgery has meant that I now see the world in HD. I am amazed at how bright and colourful things are! I am estatic to no longer worry about putting plastic (lenses) in my eyes, and I can jump into the car without wearing glasses. I now go around on a daily basis highlighting the new things that I can see clearly. Simply amazing!”

“Despite feeling slightly apprehensive in the beginning I was made to feel very much at ease by the welcoming staff in Leamington. The treatment was quick, painless and a lot less discomfort than I expected. I would certainly recommend Optical Express and the laser eye surgery to anyone who like me is very active and looking to improve their quality of life. Many thanks to everyone.”

“Very professional, very friendly staff. The initial free consultation is very good and very informative. I have recommended it to my friend and she had laser eye surgery a month after me. Very good follow up check ups afterwards. Highly recommended. I'm very happy with my eyesight now.”

“Very happy with the outcome feel like a new person. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who dislikes wearing glasses. Well worth the money. The staff are nice and friendly and make you feel at ease especially if you are frightened like I was.”

“After 48 years of wearing glasses i have more confidence. I was put at ease when i was scared.everything was explained step by step.for the sake of a few days of dicompfort i could see everything.colours looked brighter,and as corney as it sounds the sky look real and fresh”

“I initially had laser surgery in both eyes in 2008, but unfortunately after 2 years my right eye had deteriorated slightly. Following getting back in touch with optical express they confirmed I may be able to have an enhancement free of charge. I was seen very quickly and they booked me in for the enhancement at my convenients. I am very happy with the service from the staff and the outcome of my the enhancement surgery.”

“Working as a gardener in Scotland would be extremely annoying if I still had the glasses, for obvious reason - rain!!! Now I don't mind the rain at all and working outdoors is a joy. The same applies to my other hobbies - hill walking, cycling and even just waking up in the morning and seeing everything clearly - it is great! Thank you!”
