“Everytime, when I come in for an appointment, I'm greeted quickly and in friendly manner. Doctor always fully answers my questions. Therefore, I had no doubts when booking for an operation. The operation was very quick, doctor and nurses explained fully (again) what is going to happen, so I was prepared for the whole experience. In overall, I'm satisfied with optical express service.”

“everything was made simple to understand. every member of staff ive seen at both maidstone and bluewater have been very polite and helpful. i know everybody says it, but it has changed my life. my only regret is that i didnt do it sooner!”

“After all consideration was given by both staff and surgeons and everybody was happy to proceed with my treatment. I found it very simple and very effective! The staff at Bluewater were brilliant in both my treatment and care in general. I would like to thank my surgeon for giving me a new side to my life, and vision beyond what I could have expected!”

“I have always wanted to have laser eye surgery, but never really thought i would be able to afford it. When recent holiday plans fell through, I decided to look into having it done. From first enquiring to having the procedure done was 4 days! I was very impressed with the level of care I recieved throughout, especially on the day of my sugery where I was extremely nervous and everyone really helped me to feel at ease.”

“this is the best decision i have ever made in my life and i am refering it to all my friends, family and even strangers. i would do it all again with no hesitation. i never thought my vision could be as good as it is 20/12. i feel free to enjoy my life without having to think about my vision. driving at night time feel strange as i can see as clearly as i can in the day. waking in the middle of the night and being able to see the time on my clock is still a novelty!! keeping fit without having to wear glasses is fantastic!! from start to finish i have been made to feel special by all staff. i would rather has eye laser surgery than go to the dentist for a check up!!”

“the staff have been brilliant,made me feel at ease as soon as i walked in, they tell you what there going to do to you,so you feel at ease,from going in at 6 and going home at half past its amazing,there was no pain at all,i would do it all again.wish i had done it sooner.”
