“My experience with Optical express was very pleasent, I had my laser eye surgery booked with in a month of coming in for my consultaion, the surgeon and everyone else at the clinic were very lovely and reassuring before, during and after the procedure. It's also very reassuring having follow up appointment so frequently! Laser eye surgery has changed so many things in my life so far and has made all my day to day activities so much easier and enjoyable for me!”

“I had doubts as my vision was pretty poor, minus 10 in both eyes, but I have been amazed at the result. I now have 20-20 vision and whilst in the recovery period I've not been able to be as active I am now looking forward to doing things that I was normally restricted in doing because of my glasses.”

“From my first consultation right up to the follow up appointments every member of staff I have met have been amazing. I have felt at ease about the treatment, even on surgery day. My eye site is now better then ever, and I could not be happier, definitely a life changing experience. I would definitely recommend the surgery to anyone.”

“i found the experience to be better than i expected and would recomend it to everyone i was scared but now ive had it done idont know why i was worried, my vision is as good as it was before i started wearing glasses,”

“I had worn glasses for over 15 years, and within a day of my laser surgery I had better than 20-20 vision. Having had experience bad eyesight for so long, to now be able to see can seem like a small difference to some people, but to me it has been life changing. I can't seem to stop talking about it to my friends and family. Something I would highly reccommend.”

“Having worn glasses then contact lenses for the best part of 25 years, laser eye surgery had often crossed my mind. On March 28th 2013, I took the plunge and am overwhelmed with the results. The friendly but professional staff explained everything simply and clearly which put me at ease. The procedure was quick...over before it started really, and the results the next morning made me cry! My life is now in HD! At my 24 hour check up I wad told my vision wad better than 20/20. My only regret.....not doing it sooner. Thank you optical express. I CAN SEE!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :)”

“Very quick process, much easier than I thought it would be. The results are amazing, it's hard to explain to someone who hasn't had it done! I know it's changed my life for the better, I would do it again and would reccomend it to anybody.”

“The overall end to end experience has been excellent and I am very happy with the treatment and results. The optometrists have all been knowledgeable and friendly in all consultations, and the surgeon who carried out my treatment was excellent. There were a couple of instances where the wait for my appointment was excessive but this is a minor point. I am extremely happy with the results of my laser treatment - my vision is now perfect.”

“I was nervous on the day of surgery however, staff was really friendly and professional to keep me calm. The after care has been amazing, I can pop into the store at anytime and discuss my query. Really happy. I can do my make up without having to cover it with glasses. I am really a happy girl, right now. Thank you guys.”

“The effects of the enhancement surgery were worse than I expected, and had a longer healing process than expected but this was explained in detail to be beforehand by the staff. However, 3 months on and my eyesight is perfect so I am very glad I went proceeded with the treatment.”

“I had a consultation and within a week I had my surgery. I experienced a lot of pain after the numbing drops wore off, the day of surgery, but after a sleep I woke up and could see myself in the mirror across my bedroom, which previously I could not. I am still amazed at the results I keep going to pick my glasses up then realise I don't need to rely on them any more. So happy with the results. I can see the board in lectures in uni and finally read car number plates.”

“It has been a very positive experience, after my consultation, I was put in ease regarding the safety aspect of the surgery. I was well informed about the benefits and side effects. But overall, my vision has been amazing following surgery, and if I could have done it earlier, I would have.”
