“Apprehensive to start but nothing to worry about. treatment quick and recovery was really good. Very good, staff put me at ease, treatment was painless, a little uncomfortable for the first few days, but with the drops i had to use not unbarelable.”

“I have had a really good experience with Optical Express. Very efficient and flexible with appointment times and always encouraging for me to come in or ask any questions if I am having any problems. Vision has been near perfect since having the surgery and had no problems at all. Would, and have been recommending to everybody who wears glasses/contact lenses!”

“a great experience overall, staff couldnt have been more helpful in Newbridge,i was very nrevous on the day,but staff were very reassuring and calming for me,was very glad when it was all over and found first 1-2 days was very light sensitive but no pain just discomfort, sight improved dramatically since then, my sight is so much clearer than when wearing contact lenses,really happy with the result, would recommend anyone to go ahead with it,thanks to my surgeon and nursing staff and reception staff,they are very professional and pleasant,God bless you all”

“the service and care I received was exellent and even though I might need one eye enhanced everything was explained in a very easy way and didnt make me feel nervous or worried in any way. All and all a very positives experience , staff are very professional friendly and nice.”

“I decided to do the operation after 20 years of procrasternation, irrated eyes , lost lenses and broken glasses. I can now see when I wake up in the morning and now notice things that I never noticed before. I have 20 20 vision , it's good !!!”

“I am please with the procedure, even if it was really scary,the procedure was painless and my vision after 3 hours was already better. The procedure still really expensive and I hope that my vision will be ok as long as possible. I recommend optical express for the professional care that the staff gave to me and also they were really friendly. Always available to answer any of my questions.”

“Am now rapidly approaching my second anniversary of having laser eye surgery with Optical Express. One of the best decisions I have made. At my 18 month check, quite amazingly, my eyesight was still improving slightly. No more lenses or fiddly solutions to work with, no more having to remember to take lenses after a night out. I still wake up amazed that "I can see" without having to reach for glasses in order to see the alarm clock and hit the snooze button. Very happy indeed!! Thanks Optical Express!!!!”

“I am really satisifed with the results of the treatment. I would recomend Intralase Waferont treatment to all. I experienced some of the halo, glare and dryness but it was gone after a month so overall it was not a big price for being free from glasses or contact lenses i was wearing for 20 yrs.”

“I would totally recommend this treatment, its the little things that make the difference, getting up in the middle of the night and can see, getting your hair done and being able to see your doo without putting back on the specs to inspect you hair or even lounging on the sofa at night time and not squishing your glasses onto your face. Bar all the little things its amazing not have to wear glasses full time the qualitiy of life for me has totally improved and I feel like a new person.”

“I was extremely nervous of this treatment but something i have wanted and thought about a few years. the staff couldnt have been any kinder, and the actual surgery was not painful at all and i was talked through it all as it happened which helped. I would recommend this to anyone and have been since i got it done.”

“The initial pain exprienced with LASEK is not the best of expriences, but once your eyes heal, it feels like a different world, freedom from glasses and contact glasses. This is even more obvious when you go o holiday such as the beach, and don't have to swim blind! Optical Express have been very helpful and informative on the healing process of my eyes and I feel confident that I chose the right place to get my eyes done.”

“Anxiety around surgery is unsettling and pain shortly after surgery and the next day was something I wasn't prepared for. However now on the other side of it with my new dramatically improved vision just think it's amazing how I can see clearly now and I don't take my new eyes for granted. Feel so grateful the surgery was such a success and very happy I no longer have to wear glasses or fiddle around with contacts. It's just wonderful to have these new eyes. It feels absolutely amazing and so wonderful. I'm still in shock to be honest adjusting to life without corrective lenses.”

“Although an uncomfortable proceedure, it was over so quickly it was worth it for the out-come. My vision 1 month on is better than 20/20. A little dry eye discomfort some mornings, but I would recommend the surgery in a heart beat. Customer service and after-care have been excellent and could not be faulted. Many thanks”
