“Laser eye surgery has changed my life and i am very happy with the way it went. I am able to see things more clearly that I couldnt see before. I would definately reccommend it to my family and friends. I was given all the information i needed and any questions i had before and after the surgery were answered.”

“I have wanted laser eye surgery for as long as I can remember -- as long as I have worn glasses. With my vision finally settling in my twenties, I was attracted by how open Optical Express were about the process and how simply they explained it. The whole process, from first registering my interest to post-op check-ups, was prompt and friendly as well as efficient, and Optical Express have impressed me every step of the way. They understood when I needed to delay my surgery for personal reasons and were great about rescheduling. In terms of aftercare, everything that I have needed in terms of products and information has been easily available, and the effect has really been life-changing -- for the first time in over a decade, I have been able to open my eyes and see at any time, in any place -- something which many people must take for granted. My experience has been incredible, and stands among my best memories.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Optical Excpress, they helped me a lot to choose the best treatment for me according to my lifestyle and needs. All questions and concerns I had were answered and talked through that I was so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole time. Even on that day of Laser Surgery I was calm and new I was doing a great thing. Everyone was very welcoming and looked after me so well. One of the best customer Service and care I have ever received somewhere. A Huge Thank you to the whole Team!”

“it has been professional throughout. All questions were answered, and especially at the beginning when I was nervous, this was handled professionally and calmly. Since the surgery, all appointments and queries have been dealt with in a quick and efficent way.”

“My experience with having laser vision correction with optical express has been a joy from beginning to end. From the original consultation to the aftercare appointments, I have been treated with curtasy, respect and a friendly attitude, and all staff and surgery members whom I have come into contact with have always been helpful and kind.”

“the experience was very good im glad i have had the surgrey done as i have no need for glasses anymore and this makes me happy. i would definatly recommend this surgrey to anyone i know as im very pleased with the results. it has taken alot of stress out of my life. thank you”

“Actual procedure was quick and efficient and over more quickly than expected. A bit of waiting around with drops/tests etc. Surgeon and team put me at ease. After care well arranged and drops and procedure explained carefully.”

“All staff on the phone and in the shop have been very helpful and able to answer my questions. Nick is very reassuring and puts my mind at rest. The telpehone staff have been really great and the service is excellent. I will be recommending Optical Express to all of my friends and family.”

“Initially had the lens replacement back in October which was a success but optes for a slight correction to fine tune the right eye. Received this treatment over Easter and initially suffered some small inflammation to the eye. After several visits to the branch during the early weeks this has now settled down. I am extermely pleased with the service and treament that I have received. I would like to thank all the staff at the store for their service.”

“i'm now able to wwear eye make up again which i couldn't do before as i needed to put my glasses on to see clearly. i'm also feeling a lot more confident and good about my appearence. The best thing of all is they don't get steamed up in bad weather when i'm out with my four dogs,.”

“Apart from the initial week, which was mainly myself worrying of things going wrong and the annoying routine of putting in 3 types of drops, the general experience has improved day by day. The freedom to not have to think about wearing glasses/contacts has made my life a lot easier and gives me extra confidence as im never hindered by my sight.”

“At first i was apprehensive, but the staff were very good and set my mind at rest. I was impressed at the way that there was a series of checks before and after surgery. The surgeon was very helpful and reassuring. In general terms I think that the results are probably better than expected and I am very thankful for that. Thank you to all the staff that have helped me along the way.”

“The surgery was strange but the staff were all very helpful. My only criticism is that the eye drops were explained after the surgery which was hard to take in, it would have been better to have this explained beforehand. However, I am very pleased with the results and I wish I had had the treatment years ago!”
