“I like to hill walk, last week I climbed Ben Dearg 719 metres, with a pinacle at the summit only accessable with hand and foot holds. This was an amazing acheivement and I would never have attempted it wearing glasses.”

“I am very happy with the overal experience I have had with the company. I did feel that I would have liked a bit more information about the procedure before it happened, such as the noises from the laser and the smell and the overal sensory experience. When you are in the chair and trying to keep calm, for some patients it may help to know what to expect and to know whats going to occur. My follow up appointments have been very thorough and I received a phone call from the call center checking on my progress too! I am also happy that I was given the option to change to a different location for the follow up appointments, the company is very flexibility. Thank you”

“From my initial enquiry online the whole process ran like a well oiled machine in a thoroughly proffessional and polite manner. At my first consultation the process was completly explained to me and my partner. The suitability and consultant tests carried out and any questions I answered in plain terms and anything I did not understand explained in away that I did understand. on the day of treatment the process was explained to me again. Throughout the whole process, consultation, procedure, and post procedure checks all staff have been most helpfull and polite making me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy with the execellent result.”

“It's amazing waking up in the morning and not having to find your glasses, putting make up on and seeing what you are doing, swimming without worry about losing contacts and no fiddling with lenses throughout the day, after wearing glasses and lenses for 45 years the freedom is amazing..........”

“Life without contact lenses can be so rewarding! Thank you to Dr Jonathan Carr and Manjeet Sagoo for their professionalism and expert care in laser eye surgery I now can have a life without the hassle of contact lenses and glasses. I have already recommended Optical Express to some of my good friends who are still wearing the good old glasses and contact lenses, one of them have got it done and very pleased with it too. From the consultation to the surgery and post op appointments, all the staff at Optical Express have been brilliant.”

“I definitely recommend laser eye surgery to anyone! ! It really has improved my quality of life - I like being outdoors and have an active lifestyle and not having to worry about contact lenses is just great. I wish I had it done years ago.”

“I was worried before the surgery however it went very quickly. I felt slight discomfort at the time. After the surgery my eyes were very sensitive to light. I could barely open them but this lasted about 5 hours. After that I was opening my eyes and seeing well. I worn sunglasses even indoors for the first day. It has been a month since I had my surgery and I feel very happy with the end result. I don't suffer from dry eyes and all is well.”

“after the first few hours of grittiness my eyes recovered quickly going back to work within 2 days and back to going to the gym within 2 weeks. I would recommend it to a friend and now have almost perfect vision. Simon”

“After wearing glasses since the age of 11 I never thought I would be able not to wear them as my eye sight got worse over the past couple of years. As soon as I heard about the laser eye surgery and had my consultation I was very satisfied that this was for me and it is the best thing I have done and it has made my confidence go upwards.”
