“After some initial worrying about having the surgery proceedure the staff made me very relaxed and confident that the surgery would be straight forward and have a very positive effect on my day to day life. i am very happy to say they were correct and the results are fantastic. i will definitely be recommending optical express to anyone i feel could benifit from using them.”

“First procedure was very swift and informative as well as being on time. The second procedure resulted in a long wait, no chance to talk to the surgeon beforehand and felt a bit like a cattle market. Otherwise I fully understood what to expect and the immediate after effects were pleasing. The follow up appointments have been very good and informative. Still have discomfort due to dry eyes and disorientation in artificial light but feel poisitve that this will subside.”

“from my appointment in store to having my laser surgery i have been very satisfied the staff are friendly and answwer any questions that you have which put you at ease. I would recomend to my friends and family . the whole experience was fantastic.”

“Very satisfied with the whole procedure. Staff have been polite and curtious throughout and results have been better than expected. I woke up the morning after surgery and although my eyes were sore my eyesight was better than it had ever been with contacts. As the weeks have past my eyesight has continued to improve. I can now read the bottom line on the eye charts which I could never of imagined doing while wearing contacts.”

“Very good, just slightly dissappointed that my eyes are not as sharp as I'd hoped. However i have had advice and eyedrops from OE to improve the situation.”

“Only really experienced discomfort in the mornings and evenings which I had been told is because I have not been taking my drops so my own fault. Apart from this my sight has been brilliant.”
