“Family member had surgery and was very happy with the results. After a few weeks of research and browsing the web I decided to have the consultation with Optical Express. The procedure was explained in detail and a detailed breakdown of all the costs provided. Within 24 hours of having the surgery my vision was much better than I'd ever experienced with glasses or contact lenses. Within 1 week vision was better than 20/20. 3 months after surgery perfect vision with no problems at all. Really can't recommend Optical Express enough.”

“overall could not fault anything. sight is great and so happy with the results. suffer from allergies which is affecting my eyes/ sight slightly but the opticians explained well to me what i can do to help this/ what i can use.”

“Pain was very little for the first 2 days; at its worst on days 3 and 4; gone by day 5. Vision was good ish with one eye by then but the other eye took over 2 weeks to catch up. Thereatfer everything was fine. I can now run, cycle, swim and do judo without any of the problems I previously had by having to wear contacts. Neither do I miss the daily contact lens removal, cleaning and inserting routine.”

“Optical Express was recommended to me by my friend. The surgery was much quicker than I expected and results are brilliant. I was told that now I have two lines better than 20/20. During the surgery I had a great support from my family and clinic staff, so I would definitely recommend it to some of my friends who might also need it.”

“I came for advice about lens replacement surgery in both eyes. I was not suitable for this but had extremely good advice about an alternative (single eye laser surgery corrrection). I was impressed that the focus was on what would achieve the best result for me clinically and to suit my lifestyle, rather than on what would bring in the best revenue for the company. The result has been fantastic although the monovision does pose some challenges. Nevertheless the support and advice received at every single appointment has been excellent and there has always been an honest and relaistic approach to the objectives that I have wanted to acheive. The after service is also superb. So all in all, the advice given prior to surgery was the best for my situation; the outcome has been fantastic and the ongoing after care is professional and supportive.”

“having laser has changed my life completely. it has given me more freedom to enjoy everything. in the las few years wearing contact lenses irritated my eyes so i used to only wear them when i was going out socialising which meant i had to wear my glasses 99% of the time which i hated, now im free.. its the best investment i ever made.”

“I've just had the first eye operation on Wednesday and already I have fantastic vision and am able to cope with glasses. I look forward to the second eye operation next week to further enhance my vision. The staff were fantastic and the surgery totally painless. I was very nervous when I arrived but was put at ease immediately as you are able to talk to others that have just undergone the surgery. Surgery was over and one with within 15 minutes and the before and aftercare was great. I would highly recommend this surgery.”
