“Since day 1 the staff at Optical Express have been very helpful and friendly. They have reasuured me and answered all my questions. Hearing about their own personnal experiences of having laser eye surgery really put my mind at ease. The whole experience has been amazing and I would recommend them and the experience to all my glass wearing friends!”

“I have had such a fantastic experience with Opitical Express, staff have all been so friendly. Laser surgeon was so lovely and really put all my worries at easy. Surgery was so easy, professional and pain free. Fantastic service all round. Would highly reccommend to anyone considering laser eye surgery, it really does change your life! I feel myself describing the experience as amazing all the time!”

“Very good overall. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The doctor answered all my questions and took the time to explain the next steps in my recovery procedure. I was just a bit disappointed that my 1 week appointment was cancelled due to the doctor being ill (someone left a voicemail on my mobile) but no one called me back to book another one. But apart from this, a very good experience.”

“From about the age of 8 my eyes began getting worse, I could not see the black board at school which did hold me back as i kept my poor sight a secret. I hated wearing glasses and used contact lenses from the age of 20 but after 20 years later and thousands of pounds spent on lenses and cleaning fluid I took the plunge for laser eye treatment..... It was like a miracle having not been able to see for over 40 years, overnight I could see long distance perfect. My reading vision did suffer a little, but this I was told was to be expected and was a small sacrifice to be able to drive, swim and not to pick up any more ugly women.... perfect!! May be soon they will have the technology to fix long and short sighted in one treatment.... I won't call it an operation as I was only in the chair for 10 minutes, was easier than a trip to the dentist..... I just wish I had done it earlier, 5 years on since my treatment and all's fab.”

“after I had my eyes done I felt like a whole different person. I am 100% happy that I went ahead and did the laser eye surgery, and if I had to do it again I definatley would. It is completely worth the money and optical express are very helpfull before the surgery and give great aftercare aswell.”

“So nice to be see clearly whilst in shower or bath, previously I would not have been able to see across the room without glasses and it is still a pleasant surprise to be able to see the pattern on curtains without having to put glasses on. I was prepared for the gritty and sore feelings in my eyes for the first couple of days and so I "just put up with it" knowing that it would soon be better and it has been absolutely worth it. Any discomfort is only quite mild (not as bad as dental work).”

“My eye sight was very poor and I relied on glasses or contact lens. To be able to see is a whole experience and I am looking forward to new experiences where I dont have to worry about contact lens or glasses and how it effects my life.”

“Well, lost for words, such a small operation and results are so high. A better quality of life. IO do feel there should be more awarness about this surgery so people can make descions earlier on in their lifes. Overall I am extremely happy.”

“Discomfort of dry eyes is a small price to pay for the transformation in having long distance vision I last had when I was 8 years old. It is like being in a steam room for 40 yeras and finally someone opens a window. I could not bear the thought of having to have varifocals and so pleased I was able to have laser surgery.The aftercare has been excellent and all follow-up medication has been provided at no extra charge. Staff have always been polite,professional,understanding”
