“I was always scared to do laser eye surgery as I had heard negative reviews from the internet. However, after my initial consultation I found out all the information I needed and spoke to a few people that had it done. I decided to go for the surgery. BEST DECISION I have made in years!”

“Having laser eye surgery is the best thing I've ever done and I wish I'd had it done years ago. I am recommending it to everyone and as soon as we can afford it my husband will have his eyes lasered too. It really is brilliant, much much better than I could ever have imagined. The service and care at Optical Express Cardiff has been excellent.”

“I had worn glasses for the best part of 20 years. As I have become more active I found wearing glasses increasingly inconvenient. Laser eye surgery has been fantastic. I was apprehensive but for the small amount of discomfort for a short time it was just a fantastic transofrmation as I now have better than 20:20 vision!”

“My eyes are very comfortable now I am a month post surgery. My vision is now better than 20/20 and although I still need glasses for close up work, it is lovely not to have to put contact lenses in each day or wear distance glasses which I always found very uncomfortable. I am told that my eyes have healed up very well which I am relieved about. My night vision is still not quite right at this stage as I am experiencing halos around lights but I am confident that this will improve in time. I found the procedure extremely traumatic but now I have better than 20/20 vision I am glad I had it done. I just wish it could have cured my longsightedness at the same time then I would never need to wear glasses again!”

“I was slightly skeptical about the whole thing but from start to finish the experience has been amazing. I have a whole new outlook on life (literally) and love not having to wear glasses or worry about wearing sunglasses with prescription.”

“The only negative I have about about having this surgery is why I waited so long to have it. I wish I'd done it when I first thought of it 5 years ago, my holidays would've been so much better without glasses or lenses. My advice to anyone thinking about it is... Don't hesitate as I did.”

“I am very pleased that i chose to have laser eye surgery and will never look back! i experienced no pain at all and the surgery was very very quick! I did not like wearing glasses and it is the best feeling to wake up in the morning and be able to see the clock :).....love it!!”
