“My experience having laser correction at Optical Express has been a joy from beginning to end. Starting with my consultation, I was treated with respect, and beyond that, friendliness. The staff were always polite and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions I had before and after I booked. On the day of the treatment the surgery team were very kind in calming any lingering worries and helping me relax before the procedure. The after care so far has been top rate and I cant believe how much my life has been improved.”

“Although the original lens replacement procedure was more inconventient (2 trips to London a week apart), I would still strongly recommend the treatment to anyone who was thinking of Eye correcton surgery. I found the later laser correcton was quite uncomfortable, especially compared with lens replacement and I would have prefered to have been told that I would experience more discomfort - it came as a bit of a shock. Better prepare the patient first :-). Very pleased with the results so far.”

“Overall I am very pleased with the positive effect that having laser eye surgery has had on my life. The procedure itself was very quick and painless and the staffat Optical Express in Newbridge were very reassuring and professional on the day of surgery. I would definitely make the decision again to have laser eye surgery”

“my eyes where uncomfortable for the first night but i found my eyesight had improved right away the overall experience of having eye surgery has generally been a good one and the staff have been very helpful magic”

“The team for my Op were friendly and made me at ease during the surgery. The clinic always seems busy when coming for my checkup appointments and have to wait, however staff are always friendly and helpful. I did need to change an appointment time once, however i did have trouble getting through on the phone as no-one ever answered and i tried at verious time on different days. Overall though i am very pleased and happy, the price and location is great, with amazing results and i highly reccomend.”

“I was nervous before surgery but the staff that performed the surgery were fantastic, especially the nurse in the surgery room, they really put me at ease throughout. My vision is now 20/20 and my glasses have been put away! I feel much more confident now and love not needing glasses.”

“well to be fair I was scared at first, but i was soon put to rest with the questions I had to ask. Within one week I was more confident in doing things and seeing in distance which was my main problem. Thank you so much for all your expertise, it has helped a great deal.”

“From my consultation to the operation, and follow-up appointments, all staff were very attentive and informative. Any questions I had were answered. I would recommend Optical Express to friends and family. I wish I had done it years ago, it has made a vast difference to my everyday life, and has enabled be to follow the career I wanted.”

“Optical Express customer care is second to none. My partner suffered a heart attack after my first eye surgery and the staff at the Cambridge branch could not have been more helpful or kind. I would not hesitate to recomend the surgery to anyone. Thank you.”
