“The staff at both Bristol and Harley Street have been reassuring and helpful from start to finish. The surgery was quick and made easy by the support of the staff, and has improved my quality of life drastically. I could not imagine life with glasses now. Thanks!”

“Having the laser eye surgery has been the best thing that I ever did. I have better than 20/20 vision which is incredible as I have needed glasses for over 35 years, so to say that I have been given the gift of sight I think is an understatement. I cannot rate Optical Express enough, the efficiency, the friendliness and the overall care and competence of the staff has been outstanding. The surgery itself was a doddle and I was made to feel at ease and comfortable at all times. There was no pain during or after the surgery, just some discomfort that I slept through as instructed and straight away after the surgery I could see clearly without my glasses! Fantastic.”

“I am so glad I chose Optical Express to carry out my Lasek procedure. Staff are extremely friendly and very reassuring. My surgeon Dr Jonathan Carr was brilliant, he talked me through the procedure step by step. Would definitely recommend Lasek and Optical Express. A very happy customer with 20:20 vision!!!!!”

“Just being able to wake up in the morning and to see my clock on the wall is brilliant..I would reccomend lazer eye surgery with optical express to any one that could have it done! I can now enjoy hobbies like surfing without worrying about not being able to see the wave! :D”

“When I first enquired about laser eye surgery, I was unsure about the whole process and whether or not you could actually see clearly after the surgery. After my initial appointment I was still a little doubtful but after actually having the surgery, my vision is perfect! It is as if my eyes have been 'cleaned' and I'm still shocked at how bad my eyes were without glasses and before surgery. Even after an hour or so my eye sight was so much better - I could clearly see the TV and faces were defined without a blurry mass of features. I think the best experiance was going to watch a film, at the cinema, without needing to remember to take my glasses and 3D films are no longer a logistical nightmare and balancing act! It is amazing how my new sight has improved my every day life and not needing a prescription with better than 20/20 vision is the best feeling ever!”

“always thought of this for years. got a txt one day askin if i wanted to be in with a chance of winning laser eye surgery and sort of had an idea that it was only a take on to lure people in but im glad i txt back yes and eventually an appointment was set up to see if i was suitable but still thought it would be a long long time before i ever got it done but i left optical express that day with a date for surgery and i only wish i had it done years ago”

“I had thought about doing laser eye correction for many years and always put it off, but finally got round to doing it last year and never looked back! I had severe dry eyes and still do but after alot of hard work on your part it was approved for the surgery. I am back now after 3 months and it is great my sight is much better than even when I had contacts in, I still have dry eyes but even still it is much better and would recomment Optical Express for their professionalism, kindness, always accommodating and great staff.”

“The surgeon i had known his stuff he change the laser i was going to have due to his experience, and he was very friendly what always good when your nervous. my vision now is as good as wearing glasses without the hassle of having to wear glasses. Doing sports now is so much better as my vision is very good. i would recommend this to anyone.”

“I had eye surgery because I wanted to wear non presciption sunglasses on holidays and especially swim and do snorkelling without problems. I look forward to my next holiday where I will be able to go swimming and scuba diving.”

“I am very happy with the service I received and the outcome of the surgery. I suffered from extremely dry eyes before the surgery and I was given drops to rectify this problem, it was a long process of putting drops in and re-visiting to see if my eyes were ready for the surgery. I am pleased that the surgeon wouldnt perform the surgery until my eyes were ready, this really gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend optical express to my friends and family.”

“I cannot praise optical express staff enough and I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. From the shop staff to the medical staff on the day of my laser treatment. “MY VISION IS SO MUCH BETTER NOW THAN IT EVER WAS WITH GLASSES OR CONTACT LENSES, MY EYES WERE A LITTLE DRY TOO BUT I HAVEN'T NOTICED THAT GET ANY WORSE WITH SURGERY. IM VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!”
