“I had been thinking about laser eye surgery for around three years when I finally plucked up the courage to get a consultation. The staff at optical express have been nothing short of perfect right through from consultation up to my 3 month review. I felt so comfortable during every visit, and never felt pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. Getting laser eye surgery was by far the best thing I have ever done and I would recommend it, and Optical Express to everyone! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!!”

“All staff have been helpful, informative and courteous at all stages of my treatment and after-care. The treatment itself was painless and extremely quick. The results have been that I have better vision than with my glasses but without the inconvenience.”

“I have wanted this surgury since i was 11 years old, it has above and beyond exceeded all my expectations within the 1st month and can only get better, it has made day to day life easier and more in focus ;) and special experiences not only more enjoyable but clearer. Overall laser eye surgury has improved my life, my confidence and my sight in every way imaginable.”

“I have found my experience with Optial Express very satisfactory. The staff were help and Friendly. This has truely been an eye opening experience and would recommend anyone who is thikng about it to take the first step and visit Optical Express and see the world through new eyes.”

“wake up andI can see. Also taking a shower i can see shampoo and conditioner containers!! I recommended my husband have the surgery but he couldn't have it due to other medical reasons”

“I HAD BEEN CONSIDERING LASER EYE FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I AM GLAD THAT I FINALLY HAD THE COURAGE TO GO THROUGH WITH IT AS I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND THE AFTERCARE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND THE DISCOMFORT THAT WAS FELT AFTER SURGERY ONLY LASTED FOR A DAY OR SO AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS WAS MUCH IMPROVED.”

“Getting my eyes lasered was something I had thought about but never got around to doing. As I am getting older, each visit to the opticians was becoming costly as I always needed a change of prescription. I bumped into a friend whilst out shopping one day and he had undergone surgery through Optical Express - as he spoke he made it sound so easy that I decided to investigate. The process was smooth and the surgery was over before I knew it. My vision has improved and I no longer wear glasses other than on very rare occasion to read small print which are off the shelf glasses. I am so happy that I no longer need to wear glasses all the time. I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend anyone to go and have it done.”

“From the outset I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. Any questions were answered quickly and the treatment itself was completely painfree and made enjoyable by the attending staff. No pain, very little discomfort afterwards (just felt a bit dry) and absolutely delighted with the result. I feel two inches taller and twenty years younger!”

“I did feel rather anxious before I had laser eye surgery, however, when I arrived on the day I was made to feel at ease and any worries that I may have felt were discussed with your staff and I felt more comfortable with what I was about to do. The surgeon was fabulous, as were the other members of the team! Thoroughly recommend it, best thing I've done with my money. Thanks again!”

“A good experience, no problems at all. At all times staff put me at ease, before and during the treatment itself, and of course each time I've come in for my checkups. I had thought about having the treatment for abour ten years, and now wish I'd had it done way before now. One way that I truly appreciate the improvements is that my periferal sight is so much improved. Wearing specs was problematic in as much as I didn't always see kerbs and changes in pavement heights, now that problem does not exist. I'm still waiting for the full benefits of having the treatment and feel confident that my sight will be as I want in the very near future.”
