“The staff have been very informative and supportive from day one, helping me to make my decision and guiding me through the process, ensuring it was easy and painless. Surgery was so much better than I expected, and everyone there put me at ease. I couldn't recommend Laser surgery enough to my friends and family, and I'm so glad I had it done.”

“The whole experience was a lot better than I expected it to be, regarding pain both during the surgery and afterwards. In fact I felt nothing during the surgery itself and no pain afterwards. The surgeon and staff at the Hospital were very professional and attentive, and also the aftercare in the Liverpool Branch. I would certainly recommend others to have the operation and also to use Optical Express.”

“I got a great offer. Appointments were all kept on time. I received my surgery very quickly from the initial consultation. I would say the surgery was more painfull than I expected and the cup slipped on one eye, which may of been due to me being nervous. It was all over in less than 15 minutes so really a small price to pay for the benefits and freedom from my tglasses that I now enjoy! I was told that I would almost certainly still requirte glasses for reading etc, but now just after one month I really don't need to wear them so that is an added bonus for me. I would certainly reccomend laser surgery to family and friends.”

“I wore my glasses since i was a child about 8 years old and since that my vission got worce every 1,2 years.Now i am almost 35 and i feel like newborn with my eyes.i would like to thank you all the staf for all care and hope i will not need to come back again.I can do swimming anytime and no need to wary about contact lenses.It was worth the money i paid for it.”

“This operation has completely changed my life.Just waking up of a morning and been able to see straight away is amazing .Also putting on my makeup and just been able to pick a book up and not worry about glasses is amazing cannot thank optical express enough.”

“From my first consultation to having the surgery done then on to the aftercare, I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. My outlook has certainly become clearer, simple things like walking my dog in the rain is a lot better ,never having to wipe my glasses clean every two minutes !”

“Throughout my experience I was treated with professionalism and efficiency given all the information in plain english so I could make an informed decision. “I would have it done again in a heart beat. You really get looked after from start to finish. I sometimes forget that I have had it done then smile when I remember. When I see strangers wearing glasses I have to stop myself from going over to tell them”

“Whilst I did incur initial problems with my vision due to a flat that had lifted, Optical Express did everything they could to rectify the problem. Although it took some weeks to rectify my vision, the result is welcomed. I would and already have recommended Optical Express to my colleagues.”

“From start to finish the Optical Express were lovely & made me feel at ease. I was quite nervous about my surgery, I kept thinking 'have I made the right decision?' All the Staff at Optical Express made me feel welcome & put my mind at ease. The surgery itself was surprisingly quick & only slightly uncomfortable. There was a member of Optical Express in the room with me whilst I was having the surgery who had had the same surgery a few weeks before. That was a huge comfort to me as she talked me through the process and could explain the different sensations you feel during surgery. Once my eyes had been rinsed out after the surgery I looked up & I could see the girl who had been talking me through the process! I was amazed! I was desperate to try my new eyes out but needed to let them rest & heal first. It has now been nearly a year since I went for my initial consultation & I am still amazed how much laser eye surgery has changed my life. Just little things such as walking the dogs in the rain or having a bath without squinting for shampoo or conditioner! Waking up in a morning & seeing the clock instead of fumbling for my glasses. I am so glad I had my eyes lasered, I have recommended it to my friends. Thank you Optical Express”

“I have needed to wear glasses for short-sightedness for nearly 10 years, I have only recently been able to have laser eye surgery as before now my eyes had not been stable enough. Every step of the way the Optical Express team have been so helpful, informative and friendly whilst not pressurising me to go ahead with laser treatment. The procedure itself was not painful and the difference has been tremendous. I would recommend it to anyone.”
