“I sent a pair of Oakleys for re-glazing only to find out they can't re-glaze those particular frames. They have still not returned them. So I sent another pair that they were able to do but I did have to pay for the shipping charges(2x). Whenever I call I talk to someone in Australia and they never seem to contact me by email. Overall not happy will probably never use your services again. You are a online provider of a service with lousy customer service when things go wrong.”

“They reglazed a pair of glasses for me, and they were fine, and the cost was good. My issue was a lack of communication in terms of where to send them, if they were done, etc. With no response to email they suddenly just showed up. But the glasses were fine and quality was good, price was good.”

“I had no problem with my order. The case in which the glasses come is flimsy. I've only recently started wearing glasses for driving at night and for movies, and don't have the habits of care that long time wearers do. Hence I wanted cheap glasses.”
