“As always the staff are kind, patient, attentive and knowledgable. I have been going to the Unity Squate location since it opened and it is so comforting to know that I can count on this continuity of care through the years. I think it is a truism thst kindness does get passed on and on and on. Thank you Optimum Health for always being there.”

“I have shopped at Optimum Health ever since John Biggs opened his 1st store. I have always been impressed with the knowledge base of all staff . The Opti line is very good and always a great product selection. I would like to see more amino acid products, even bulk options . Overall my go to health food store , but always seem to miss the sales 😅”

“I've been a customer of Optimum Health for many years. Customer service has been up and down, but I usually find the products I like. This last time I went in, was a very unpleasant experience. I just got in the door and a staff member came up to me immediately to tell me about the different sections of the store (which is fine but I hadnt asked). I thanked him and said I did not need assistance in finding anything that day, but then he seemed to keep following me around the store. He seemed to be watching me at the end of each isle I looked through and I felt very uncomfortable. I ended up getting a few things and left before I had planned just because I felt so uncomfortable.”

“Your staff, especially Carmen and a few of them were teasing and making funny faces behind customers. They were always chatting away and showed frustration when customers approached. They don't even check items expired before handing to customers. Your staffs can ruin your business. The only few good staff were Mirian and your Alesse. You CEO should reevaluate and screen the other staffs. Located downtown Edmonton!”

“Went there yesterday afternoon (a Saturday). The store was empty but for the clerk chatting with two customers. I had to pick up an order that was in. I went to the counter and stood there. The clerk continued to chat, ignoring me. I stood there waiting for what felt like 10 minutes until someone came from the back to help me. To add insult to injury, when I looked at my receipt in the car, she over charged me by a dollar. I absolutely did not bother to go back in. I really didn't feel the wait would be worth it.”
