“I had been shopping here for the past 2 years. Never had an issue until I brought two dear friends to help me. One friend an been older and of Indigenous ethnicities, who is a very successful social worker just fyi. The manager herself had accused the older friend of stealing a small steel tea strainer. It had not come to my attention until after I made a very large purchase. There was a conversation going on to which I stepped in to listen an hear the manager become very defensive and dismissive; when the other friend asked why she had been assumed to have stolen the strainer. The managers staff had all ran away an said they did not want to be involved in the situation. The manager had been asked if the womans ethnicity had been the reason for accusations to which she squeaked out a no. I myself spoke and said that I did not agree with how the manager spoke to and treated the friends I had brought into the store. No apology came from the manager as to her poor choice in words and treatment of human beings especially when I had been a loyal customer for the last 2 years. Therefore I had said I would not be coming back and will take my business elsewhere. To which I went to Simply Health and was met with an incredibly friendly and helpful woman who went out of her way to help me find what was needed on my to get list. Optimum Health was my first and favorite place to go until the day the manager had shown her true colors which are not very pretty. If there was a choice for no stars I would give absolutely none for the poor treatment of what WAS one of your best customers.”

“I love coming to our Optimum Health store! Those who work there are always very helpful, so knowledgeable, kind and honest. Immediately when I walk in I feel better...the store is full of healthy items but the atmosphere seems healing as well. It is clean, well organized and smells great.”

“My first time here and I found the place so well organized with clear signage for what I was looking for. It is also so clean and pretty and lots of interesting items !
