“I was very happy to finally find a health store that has everything there. I know the Optimum store has been around for a long time however if I remember a long time I used to go to the southside one. now I still live a long way, away but as long as I can drive and the store stays where it is I will come. I know I can order online but I am one of the people that does nothing but call or text, nothing else. I still need to get out not just sit at home. seeing things only on screen is boring. Some things are really good but too much is not that good. So now all I am saying, is when I walk into your store I am happy to see such wonderful human service, that is missing in life today. I never thought I would say this that I am happy of my age, I would not like to be younger at this day and age. Thank you to the girls that work there.”

“I've been going to Optimum Health for over 20 years now. My money could easily be spent elsewhere, especially online. But what I like is the wealth of practical knowledge the employees have. And I get a good discount there anyway. I am grateful to have them in my neighbourhood.”

“i wanted a prostate mix pill..the person who helped was very good..since she was older she seemed to be more willing to assist..she found a brand that used the same ingredient that was used in a popular brand that was not available in canada..beta ser...something the others just turned away.. in short ..i was pleased with my experience..”

“Best health food store in Edmonton region! Advice, knowledge and compassion that adds value ten-fold. You can’t find that on Amazon. I purchase lypo-spheric Vit C: quercetin, Vit D and E & hibiscus tea, on a regular basis. Good quality and cost.”
