“I have been going to Optimum Health in Unity Square since it opened. Then as now, the staff that work there are kind and diligent. The shelves are always filled with options to help oneself be healthy and happy. Then kast year I found Kolya and some of their amazing stuff. Wow. As a senior that may prove challenging to my pocket book. Hahaha. Oh yes and I also love John’s blogs. Thank you thank you everyone.”

“There is one of the staff member at the Oliver Square Location that was in the WORST mood ever. She is a black Canadian with long violet/pink braids. She honestly needs to get out of the customer service ( or at least out of the cashier area) because she seems she hates her life working there. No a single word during the interaction while paying our staff. It is the first time that something like that happens to us in that place, we are regular clients. Our visit on Saturday the 3rd 2022 was amazing with the help of a lady named Miriam, but then when going to the process of paying was awkward and weird and totally ignored. Was it because we were immigrants? Idk, but the reality is that this staff member needs to get a reality check and have some compassion and patience with people that do not have a fluency in English.”

“Whenever I make it in to Optimum health I’m consistently impressed with the staff I meet. Helpful, knowledgeable , there when I need them without crowding me. Recently I was at the 109 th street location and I wish I could offer the names of the two people who helped me ( one in cosmetics and one in aromatherapy) but I cannot. Stellar Can’t review anything yet some are gifts and others not used yet!”
