“I purchased a lot of products with their point system. I have yet to be able to use the points,. No-one picks up the phone online. I trusted this store and like their products. But I earned many points and they will not redeem. Whenever I ask in store I am told that I must call online. And that during Pandemic no-one was working here? Just not something I wish to be a part of! They consistently make promises they cannot/will not keep. I will spend my money in a health store that actually cares about their customers!”

“I recently had a Signature 120 min facial that was so absolutely fabulous!! It was my first time and I hadn't known when I put this on my Christmas list that Optimum Health had this to offer. Jenna set a lovely atmosphere, applied perfect pressure, a thorough and accurate skin treatment (including explanations afterwards) using products that made my skin feel like it was glowing :) It seems as though the products you are offered in the Koyla center have only purest ingredients that you don't have to decipher like when you go to other spas or product centres. Truly Refreshing!!”

“This place is exceptionally warm and inviting. It’s like a spa day and the shelf’s are stocked and neatly organized. They have a few staff that that go above being just knowledgeable and every time I enter it feels wholesomely friendly.”
