“It’s always a pleasure to shop at Optimum Health, Sherwood Park. The staff are friendly, they almost always greet me by my name. If I have any questions about a product, they are quick to find answers. The store is always very clean and organized and there’s a large selection of products and brands. Hands down, it’s the best health food/vitamin store in Sherwood Park!”

“When I opened my very first package ordered from Optimum Health, I thought I received the wrong order because there were two jars of something I didn't order on top - I was delightedly shook to realize they were free samples with the goods that I ordered hiding underneath! From the sustainable packaging, super quick delivery, mammoth size free samples and personal, handwritten thank you note, Optimum Health thoroughly impressed. Will definitely be ordering from you again - Thank You!!”

“Every order I recieved from Optimum Health is always packaged with so much love and care. Hand written thank you notes and sometimes we get extra little surprises and samples! Always delivered so quickly (2-3 business days usually) it's obvious they really care about their customers and believe in their store. Every time I visit in person I'm always able to get what I need and someone is always ready to help with a wealth of knowledge about their products. I cannot say enough about Optimum Health, I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and they are always my first choice for natural health and wellness. Amazing variety and always something new to try. A clean, calm and inclusive environment I love to just take my time and go through all the isles a few times. I love Optimum Health and will recommend anyone and everyone to go check it out!! 💖”

“It would be nice if you had a set time of the month to have sales on your items like the way other health food stores do. You can call it "Customer Appreciation Day". It would also be nice if you carried highly rated supplements on the internet, like "Microbiome Labs" products. It is so hard to find any well rated soil-based probiotics in Canada, like "Microbiome Labs" "Mega Spores". Is it possible that you can sell these kinds of supplements some day?”
