“I love this shop! The merchandise is the best, always in stock and if it's not it comes the next day by a free inter-store courier. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming, clearly my go to store for the whole health package.”

“Extraordinarily helpful staff! I rushed to arrive at the store about 4 mins before they closed, asked the woman behind counter where to find 3 items I desperately needed... She quickly took me to each section, pulled items out for me. First one, I had a question, her answer was clear & immediate. For the last item, she asked which size gelatin capsules I'd prefer, larger or smaller, whether I'd be comfortable swallowing the larger - concern for the customer was very present. Then she proceeded to examine each type for me to confirm size options, & gave me a couple to choose from. And she offered me the option to use my points, so I saved $15. Bang, I was in & out in less than 5 mins! Extraordinary. Knowledgable. I virtually NEVER see this level of service *anywhere* else, hands down.”

“Disappointed with the lack of willingness to accept my request on allowing the double points on the purchase. I would've not requested it, but it was a big purchase for me and doubling the points would have helped a lot. The salesperson needed to ask the manager and the manager declined my request. The fact that the sale discount offer was changed to points it is stopping me from shopping at Optimum as I was before the change.”
