“The door going into optimum health in Sherwood park is rather confusing as the signage is poor. I watched numerous other people grab the wrong door or go into the pet store accidentally. But once I am in the store it is great. Great selection and helpful,knowledgeable staff!”

“The staff are super friendly and helpful. In the world of many supplements and many brands for each supplement, I personally get confused about what is best for me. The staff here has proven over and over again their education and care in getting me the right product. They even help me save instead of unnecessarily upselling me; which I love! The products are sourced with consideration. I know I'm getting something that works and is as natural as it can be to get the job done. If I need anything health related, I'm coming here!”

“I find it unusual that my online orders are packaged so beautifully and include samples, yet an in person visit yields, mediocre customer service, no samples and I had to interrupt a couple of associates for assistance. I have been shopping here for years but this last visit did not meet the standards I have encountered in the past. Looks like online purchases might be the wag to go.”
