They donāt mix in a shaker with cold water with a whisk ball at all, they are lumpy ālumps are full or raw powderā worst shakes Iāve ever purchasedā¦
Iāve emailed and sent x2 sachets of each flavour back to optipharm for testing but still havenāt heard anything back from them Iām super disappointed in this product and I would not purchase them againā¦”
“Loving mixing the shakes with water and ice makes them thicker. Have lost 2.5kg on my first week. Replacing 3 meals a day. Eating off the allowed veges Iām not hungry at all.”

“I really enjoy the Optislim range of shakes my favourite is the expresso as I am a coffee nut , the chocolate & vanilla are nice too . I can also vouch for the meal replacement bars the Choc Fudge one is delicous ...the Optislim products are good value for money and make trying to lose weight just that little bit easier”
“The variety packs of the shakes are good value, nice tasting while not being too sweet. I found the Optislim choc-mint shakes a good replacement for lunch and the 100 calorie snacks are very tasty and good to have between meals.”

Iām not sure why theyāre so sweet, and bars are covered in chocolate. If people are trying to lose weight wouldnt it be better not to have overly sweet meals 3 times a day?
To reduce the sweetness a little, I have had to add some decaf coffee”
