“When to return soup products, I was informed that my vomiting and diarrhoea were side effects of Optislim and I should have been aware of this before purchasing the products. Although I stressed that vomiting & diarrhoea were not side effects but a consequence of using the product, I was told that’ ‘I was not used to consuming that number of vitamins’. It’s poor customer service & only serves Optislim not my health. It’s also shocking to be offering advice by an unqualified person. I was saving myself from being taken to hospital and placed on a hydration drip. I expect my refund.”
“I ordered a large bundle after the advertising of the step week challenge. I ordered ahead of time to make sure I had it and after two weeks it’s still not arrived. I’ve emailed twice to ask for some idea on delivery date- appreciate things are slower post wise now- and no response. I’ve received many other Australian orders placed after this date.
So I’m really disappointed in the customer service.”
“I tried one shake and it was horrible, the flavour and texture were awful and it turned me off of having anymore, so I just have a box that cost like $130 sitting there and will probs just end up in the bin, definately the worst shake I've ever tried”
“Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase product... After going on the website and placing my order using my Amex card... one of the options given, my order was twice rejected... Contacted the company who rang me back and said sorry no Amex... I asked if they could take my order over the phone given the mess around they had caused me.....Nope.. we don't have any facilities to do that......OK thanks for nothing! .... It's pretty easy to go buy another brand..there are so many alternatives out there......and most likely I can use my Amex card.... my card of choice....... again...thanks for nothing OPTISLIM.....”
