“We have "used" Optislim for several years, although not regularly.
After "occasions of significance" (read Christmas, birthdays, etc) we have an Optislim shake for breakfast (and sometimes for lunch as well) for a few days.
We lose a little weight (neither of us is "fat"), but the cleansing action of Optislim is always most beneficial, and we feel healthier for so doing.
If we were "fat", we'd use Optislim shakes more often, until the desired weight was attained.

“I ordered 2 boxes of vanilla, 1 of Strawberry and 1 of coffee, all the platinum range..unfortunately whether I mix it with skim milk or water, it tastes terrible. All 3 flavours. I usually find I prefer the vanilla than any other flavour with different brands I've tried in the past, but I'm sorry, with Optislim I don't like any of them. They're barely drinkable, I'm gagging before I can drink 200ml of it. And the Strawberry came with only 20 sachets not 21. One less I have to drink though so I guess I should be thinking of that as a bonus not a loss! I'll never order Optislim again, sorry. Wishing I didn't waste so much money.”
“I purchased the rapid burn program and was very excited to start. I divided all the components into day portions so that all I had to do was grab one days portions and go for it. The recommendation for a day was

2 cups of fresh vegetables
The portions supplied and purchased are insufficient for this therefore, for 2 weeks of the program I have shakes 3 times a day.
Apart from this and being very hungry on the first day I have just started my second week and weight loss has accelerated. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend the program to any one.

“I love the Optislim range but would prefer more options in water mixed shakes and desserts. I find the milk products don’t mix as well and has a gloopy texture”
“The shakes keep me full, I don't need to add anything to them to stop the snacking after having one. I usually get coffee shakes however I prefer to add coffee to the vanilla and also the chocolate for a mocha flavour and that gives me 4 options for just 2 flavours”
