“I won't order directly from Optislim again. The online ordering was clunky, not much in stock and the delivery process was dreadful. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive and the tracking updates were practically non-existent.
Get with the times Optislim!”
“I was happy with Optislim until my last purchase. I bought a bundle which came to $98.99 and it wouldnt go through because of free postage at $100. So I added another box of VCLD and it came to $125.99. Then the code didnt work so I rang up and was given another code for 10% off. Next thing I know I have been charged both $98.99 and $125.99, codes work and no delivery fee. Optislim would not take back either of the invoices. Very disappointing as I dont need so much Optislim.”
“Soups are absolutely horrible. Couldn't even have one mouthful. So gross.
Shakes are bland and bit clumpy but I expected that much. And did not like the cherry bar. 1 star is for the fudge bar which is delicious.”

They don’t mix in a shaker with cold water with a whisk ball at all, they are lumpy “lumps are full or raw powder” worst shakes I’ve ever purchased…
I’ve emailed and sent x2 sachets of each flavour back to optipharm for testing but still haven’t heard anything back from them I’m super disappointed in this product and I would not purchase them again…”

“Not impressed with getting charged $29.96 for 15 variety pack VLCD bars when they were clearly offered to me for $22.47. When I sent screen shot advertising @ $22.47, instead of honouring that price and giving me a refund I was told it was a glitch on my device. A device isn't capable of altering an image in that way!”
“Not happy with the service I received. I had placed my order and then forgot to add a shaker. I emailed customer care to see if they were able to add this to my order and I would pay seperate. Instead I got a response stating that they could not do that and to make another order. Which then meant, I had to pay $12 shipping for a shaker that was only $9 on special!!! I work in customer service and have done for 30 years. That is not customer service. Not happy at all, and I will not be using optislim again.”
“Do not like the coffee flavour at all, super super sweet, strangely froths up a lot (I use the chocolate flavour and this does not happen making it exactly the same way). Also goes lumpy compared to other flavours. Sorry guys, its a miss imo!”
“Here we are nearly two months since I have purchased and have not received my parcel in the post. I know that have had all sorts of reasons why this could be delayed, but we have received many other parcels...even from overseas well before this time. If I don't receive my parcel within the week I shall be asking for a refund.”
