“I have lost over 22kgs. I love the bars I have one for breakfast each morning and I have the shakes for lunch and dinner. I can't say enough how much I enjoy these products and how much they have helped me kick-start and stay on track as my journey is not finished yet. “Postage this time was very slow- had to make inquiries after it had been over a week- and after being at home all day it was finally delivered at 5pm- had to duck off to take kids to soccer-so I missed it! when I got home my box had been delivered. Of course in summer everything was melted. For the first time, I ordered some meals to try, but they were hot like they had already been in a microwave. I don’t know how this is ok to deliver food that is perishable in the heat with no added protection- definitely not delivered as per the storage instructions of keeping it dry and cool. Such a waste!!”

“Been on optislim for 2 weeks and lost just over 5kg. Most of the shakes are okay but the espresso shake is disgusting. Doesn't taste like any coffee I have had just tastes burnt. Good product if you can stick to it and stay away from the coffee shakes.”
