“As part of the Medibank Better Knee programme I undertook a VLC Diet replacing two meals a day with Optislim VLCD products - shakes, soups and bars under a dietician. “My experience on Optislim has been easy and very rewarding. I absolutely love the bars, (especially Choc Bar) and the shakes. Most days I will have one of each alternating between breakfast and lunch. Dinner time I try to eat a normal meal, watching the calories and occasionally spoiling myself with a small serve of dessert - mainly ice cream. I have also enjoyed the chicken and pumpkin soups and occasionally one of the meals. I don't give in to in between snacks.
