“Not happy with the service I received. I had placed my order and then forgot to add a shaker. I emailed customer care to see if they were able to add this to my order and I would pay seperate. Instead I got a response stating that they could not do that and to make another order. Which then meant, I had to pay $12 shipping for a shaker that was only $9 on special!!! I work in customer service and have done for 30 years. That is not customer service. Not happy at all, and I will not be using optislim again.”
“Do not like the coffee flavour at all, super super sweet, strangely froths up a lot (I use the chocolate flavour and this does not happen making it exactly the same way). Also goes lumpy compared to other flavours. Sorry guys, its a miss imo!”

I know that have had all sorts of reasons why this could be delayed, but we have received many other parcels...even from overseas well before this time. If I don't receive my parcel within the week I shall be asking for a refund.”
