“The variety packs of the shakes are good value, nice tasting while not being too sweet. I found the Optislim choc-mint shakes a good replacement for lunch and the 100 calorie snacks are very tasty and good to have between meals.”

I’m not sure why they’re so sweet, and bars are covered in chocolate. If people are trying to lose weight wouldnt it be better not to have overly sweet meals 3 times a day?
