“These shakes are so disgusting I can’t drink them. To advertise them as delicious is definitely false advertising. I’m now stuck with 4 boxes. I have tried other shakes and never have I tasted one this bad”

“Postage this time was very slow- had to make inquiries after it had been over a week- and after being at home all day it was finally delivered at 5pm- had to duck off to take kids to soccer-so I missed it! when I got home my box had been delivered. Of course in summer everything was melted. For the first time, I ordered some meals to try, but they were hot like they had already been in a microwave. I don’t know how this is ok to deliver food that is perishable in the heat with no added protection- definitely not delivered as per the storage instructions of keeping it dry and cool. Such a waste!!”
“I bought two boxes of Optislim VLCD coffee….it is the worst taste shake I’ve ever bought. It has a disgusting after taste and it’s like tasting fish oil. I’m really disappointed as it’s unbearable to even smell it. 2 boxes unfortunately to the bin!”

“Have been using Optiman and Platinum shakes and decided to try the coffee Optislim VLCD sachets to take away on holiday. Absolutely terrible taste - undrinkable in our opinion. Can't understand why so incredibly different to the coffee taste in the rest of your range. Very disappointed and not happy about wasting $40 as it's a lot of money for us, and now have to find more money to replace this with another product.”

“Just bought the product optislim coffee shake to try and it was disgusting. The aldi brand was better. Got 20 satchels of coffee and 21 satchels of chocolate. I do hope the chocolate taste nicer as I paid $65 for the two boxes which is a lot of money for me being on a pension but was told how great they are. Very disappointing and very costly for something that taste so bad.”
“I won't order directly from Optislim again. The online ordering was clunky, not much in stock and the delivery process was dreadful. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive and the tracking updates were practically non-existent.
Get with the times Optislim!”
