“I received friendly and helpful advice before ordering. The finished product arrived when promised and In record time. The quality is superb and I have no hesitation in both using Orbit in the future and recommending them. The package did arrive damaged but this isn't Orbit's fault and fortunately there was no damage to the canvass”

“Three of the four tablemats were OK but one was printed back to front. Tried to contact them. Their phone number was engaged 24 hrs a day for over a week and they did not respond to emails. I did eventually get a reply to an email and the issue was then fixed promptly - but they do need to make it easier for people to contact them.”

“Ordered a canvas for my parents Xmas which arrived super fast and the quality was excellent. The only concern I had was that when the box arrived it was badly damaged. I think fragile should be shown on the box as I think the couriers do not really take care. Other than that a great service.”
