“This is the third time I have ordered from Orbit Print and while the product is very good, the packaging is not, a single layer of fine bubble wrap and a cobbled together box sealed with brown tape, its a real shame as this final stage lets the side down, if compared with the packing from Photobox the difference is huge, as a customer I would be quite happy to pay a little extra to have my product packaged with care.”

“Overall I am more than happy with the service provided especially as the print came earlier than expected. I have a small criticism and it is a small criticism but the print came in a plain cardboard box which was great as it was a Christmas present unfortunately it also came with a label on the outside showing the exact picture the box contained and my wife who the present was for took in the delivery. Any other time of the year this probably isint a problem and im sure there is a reason this label is there but like I said it's a small criticism and maybe something to think about in the future. Having said that I am really pleased with the print and your service. Thanks.”

“I have just received a canvas that I ordered five days ago. I am delighted with it and it came earlier than was expected. I have ordered from Orbit before and was happy then too. Very satisfied customer.”

“Great quality print (A4 sized box canvas). I ordered to the wrong address and customer service was great when correcting the delivery and I was kept updated throughout. My order went in around 2pm on Thursday and even with my mistake the print arrived at my work the following morning. Quality prints + good customer service + prompt shipping = a very happy customer!”

“I was really happy with your online customer service, there was a problem with the size I ordered but it was sorted out quickly. The speed of delivery was impressive, especially as it's the run up to Christmas. Really happy with the canvases. Thank you.”

“The customer service from Orbit has been excellent and they delivered my canvas very quickly. There is a slight crease in the middle of the canvas but I need it for a Christmas gift so I will overlook it. The colours are good and although the quality of the image I provided wasn't great, the overall image on the canvas looks good.”
