"It\u2019s been 17 days of my prepaid order and they\u2019re not even responding"

"The most pathetic page I ever visited. So, I ordered a dress from them which was already used( the dress was restitched and the stitching marks were still visible), half torn and no label so when I talked to customer care regarding the issue they asked me to send the dress so that they can resend new one and I was ok with that but later on they started fighting with me for courier charger as if it was my fault that I have to bear the charges besides the dress that they resent me was the same they sent me before i.e. stitching issues sorted but still torn. They were just horrble with service!"

"I ordered an dress which wasn't even matching the picture.\r\nThe dress was very tight to me.\r\nI tried contacting the customer care.\r\nAccording to them there is no refund no exchange option in sale as policy.\r\nI requested them to provide me a solution and their answer was just pay the difference in amount then we might we able to exchange the product. Seriously... Disappointed.\r\nThey just try to dodge the hassle and say they are sorry."
