“Complete horrible experience with this company. I will never do business with them and I have told every parent I know to take their business elsewhere. I ordered 13 cans of formula. 2 six packs of stage 3 HiPP formula and 1 can of stage 2 HiPP to use as we transitioned to the next stage. The company sent me the wrong single can (not a problem) but when I let them know it turned into a mountain of communications and photos to prove the order was wrong. They ultimately made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them, and the entire experience was poor.”
