“Order never shipped or arrived. No response to emails and the customer service number doesn’t allow you to choose from the menu, it’s just a loop. Seems like I got scammed for $70.”

“Order doesn't arrive. Send 2 2mails get 2 automated responses. We'll get back to you. Never got back to me. Left a voice mail. Never got back to me. Had a monthly delivery. Canceled and use Amazon to get my product now. Poor customer service.”

“Not a good experience with this site. I ordered a brush and it took forever to get here and then when it did it was the completely wrong item. Customer service resolved the issue but they were brusque and offered no apology for the inconvenience. It was my first and last time shopping with this site.”

“Miserable experience. I ordered Perfect Bars. They shipped an empty carton filled with packing cardboard, no product. I sent an email with pictures and had to request my money back three times. The response was very slow.”

“Order took forever to ship, and they only shipped 2 of 4 items. Then shipped just the 3rd item and never the 4th and still haven't refunded my money for it.”

“Placed an order on JUL 15th. Order confirmation said items would ship within 5-15 days. It's been more than 2 months and I haven't received my items yet ! I tried emailing customer support several times and never heard back. I am disputing the transaction thru Paypal at this point. Avoid this merchant, appears fake.”
