“ Well after several emails and some assistance from Pay Pal, you have to prove you are not the lying thief before anything will happen, I finally got an email from a woman at ORGANIKthings saying my package has been returned to them they needed to verify my address - Jeez - I finally received my order about a month and 1/2 after I ordered, Oh yeah, and paid for it !!!! Great Products/ Lousy Shipping/ Slow Customer Service-but it all worked out !!! Never had any problems prior to this one. ”

This company provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by refunding my money, and informing me that they are not set up to ship chocolates with necessary insulation.
